Rethink Your Drink
Free classroom posters on sugar, soda and healthy teeth
Sugary drinks are one of the biggest causes of tooth decay in the children we serve. These posters were created for the Oral Hygiene Initiative by our graphic design team and are used in classrooms, clinics and community spaces across Panama, Mexico and beyond.
Every poster on this page is free to download, print and use. Print them at your own shop, hang them in a classroom, or take them with you on a service trip. If you would like help getting them printed for your school or club, use the form at the bottom of this page.
Latest edition: Bocas del Toro
Our newest sugar board was made for Bocas del Toro, Panama. It shows children exactly how much sugar is hiding in the drinks they see every day. This is the edition we carried to Bocatorito school in Dolphin Bay on 6 August 2026, where our Volunteer Tourism team used it with approximately 65 children as part of The Panama Project.
Use it in your own community
The sugar board works anywhere children drink soda, which is very nearly everywhere. Teachers stand it at the front of the room and let students find their own favourite drink on the chart. It starts the conversation faster than any lesson plan we have tried.
We can produce a version of the board for your region, in your language, with the drinks your students actually buy. Tell us what you need in the form below.
