Our sugar boards and soda posters line up everyday drinks next to the sugar they contain. Children see it once and remember it every time they reach for a bottle.

Seven classrooms in grades 1, 3 and 5 are learning healthy brushing habits and the sugar lesson, with local dentists offering discounted treatment to families.

Bocatorito school, Bocas del Toro, Panama

With Ayuda International, we brought fluoride, oral health supplies and our sugar posters by boat to about 65 children in a community with no road access.
